This year’s winner Martin Lister, Head of Itinerary Planning and Destination Experience for Fred. Record-breaking cruise season about to hit Denmark

Record-breaking cruise season in Copenhagen

Copenhagen welcomed 850,000 passengers, setting a new record. CMP is now investing in continued growth. A new terminal is being built in Copenhagen, and as from April 2018 Visby will form part of CMP’s cruise operations. (more…)

Go-ahead for new cruise terminal in Copenhagen

The Board of Copenhagen Malmö Port, CMP, has given the go-ahead to build a new cruise terminal in Copenhagen. The terminal will be located beyond the current Oceankaj in Ydre Nordhavn and will be able to handle more than 5,000 passengers per call. (more…)

Malmö Prepares To Receive Larger Ships

Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP) has been given the go-ahead by the Swedish Maritime Administration to receive larger cruiseships in Malmö. The decision represents a major boost for cruise tourism. Over 10,000 passengers are already booked for the 2018 cruise season.
