TUI Reports Strong Cruise Numbers for FY2019
TUI Group released its full year 2019 financial results on Wednesday, with strong performance coming from the company’s trio of cruise brands: TUI, Marella and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. From July 2020 onwards, the global fleet of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises will use marine gas oil with a maximum sulphur content of 0.1 % (LS-MGO) exclusively. In doing so, the company will cut the emissions of its fleet of both luxury and expedition ships significantly.
On Friday, 11 October, 2019 in the Port of Hamburg, Laura Dekker will name the HANSEATIC inspiration, which is the second of the three, new expedition ships belonging to the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ fleet.
