The cruise industry is now open for business, as registration is officially open for the FCCA Cruise Conference and Trade Show. 


San Juan Cruise Port (SJCP), operated by Global Ports Holding (GPH), reaffirmed its status as the Caribbean’s leading cruise port during Seatrade Cruise Global 2025 in Miami.
San Juan Cruise Port (SJCP) President and Global Ports Holding Chief Financial Officer, Jan Fomferra, announced the appointment of Puerto Rican Clarivette Díaz as the new General Manager of SJCP, the local subsidiary of Global Ports Holding and operator of the San Juan cruise piers since February of this year under a Public-Private Partnership Agreement with the Government of Puerto Rico. 


Leading river cruise line, AmaWaterways, proudly announced it received four prestigious accolades at the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) Global Convention on May 4, 2023, including the highest honor of Partner Company of the Year for the fifth time. 


The Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) is proud to announce that new registration numbers indicate its upcoming FCCA Cruise Conference & Trade Show-the largest and only official conference and trade show in the Caribbean focused on cruise tourism, taking place in San Juan this Nov. 5-9-is expected to have both the most cruise executives and high-level government representatives in the event’s 25-year history.
