Spectrum of the seas is leaving Meyer Werft (Video from NDR)
The Spectrum of the Seas has left Papenburg on the River Ems, with a Thursday arrival time scheduled in Eemshaven following her conveyance. Later on the ship will go through several days of technical and nautical sea trials on the North Sea.

Spectrum of the Seas Float Out
Spectrum of the Seas is getting closer to completion as she was floated out of the dry dock on February 25th, 2019 to begin the next phase of her construction at Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. Designed specifically for the Chinese market, Spectrum is scheduled for delivery in April 2019.

Odyssey of the Seas Steel Cutting at Meyer Werft
Royal Caribbean International marked an important milestone today as the first piece of steel was cut for its second Quantum Ultra Class ship at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. The 27th ship in the global cruise line’s fleet is set to be named Odyssey of the Seas. Set to debut in fall 2020, Odyssey of the Seas will sail from the United States.
