Regent Reveals New Al Fresco Dining Venue Aboard Seven Seas Prestige
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled Solmar Terrace, the newest dining experience aboard its upcoming ship, Seven Seas Prestige.
Located aft of Compass Rose on Deck 5, the al fresco venue will be open from noon to 6 p.m. and is set to feature an array of dishes from mezze-style appetizers to tapas.
Solmar will offer various Asian-inspired small plates, including Korean beef short rib, chicken or shrimp satay, teriyaki pork belly, king oyster mushroom, and Japanese broiled salmon, as well as sushi and yakitori.
Solmar joins the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant Azure as the two new culinary venues aboard Seven Seas Prestige.
