MSC Grandiosa makes first call to Valletta, Malta

A ceremony has been held on board the stunning 6,334-guest cruise ship to commemorate her maiden call to her port of registry and to conduct the traditional exchange of crests between the ship’s Command and local authorities. Valletta hosts its first ever cruise ship naming ceremony: Seabourn names its newest cruise ship on Friday May 11

Ultra-luxury cruise line Seabourn has introduced its newest vessel, Seabourn Ovation, with the first ever cruise ship naming ceremony held at the Valletta Grand Harbour, Malta on Friday May 11. Seabourn along with local representatives Valletta Cruise Port, Malta Tourism Authority and Mifsud Brothers Ltd, and a host of local stakeholders, worked on a line-up of celebratory events to mark this day.
