French cruise ship involved in second investigation

A French cruise ship is being investigated for the second time in a month after reportedly striking a rock in Milford Sound. The Transport Accident Investigation Commission (TAIC) launched an investigation after the L’Austral ship “made contact with a submerged object” at Snares Island, near Stewart Island, last month, a spokesman said.
