Royal Caribbean is making a major change to its Galveston cruise lineup starting in 2027, shifting one of its largest ships out of Texas while keeping a strong presence at the Port of Galveston.
In a statement released Friday, the cruise line confirmed that Symphony of the Seas will reposition from Galveston to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, beginning in 2027, where it will offer six- and eight-night Caribbean cruises.
