Mitsui Ocean Cruises announced the appointment of seasoned travel executive Joe Maloney as the of head of sales for its general sales agent partner in North America, a strategic leadership role as the Japanese cruise line continues its growth in the U.S. and Canadian markets. 


In a traditional maritime ceremony at the Tokyo Bay port, Ikenobo ikebana Headmaster Designate Senko Ikenobo officially welcomed the newest Mitsui Ocean Cruises ship, by naming her Mitsui Ocean Fuji.
MOL Cruises, has announced the signing of an agreement with V.Ships Leisure for the management of the foreign flagged ocean-going cruise ship Mitsui Ocean Fuji, the former Seabourn Odyssey, which joins the MOL fleet later this year and enters revenue service for the Mitsui Ocean Cruises brand in December.
