Carnival Cruise Line To celebrate National Chocolate Cake Day

Carnival Cruise Line (logo)Tomorrow, Thursday, Jan. 27 is National Chocolate Cake Day. To celebrate, Carnival Cruise Line has put together a package demonstrating how to make its famous Melting Chocolate Cake from the galley of your home.

For anyone who has found themselves in a chocolate cake rut, Carnival Cruise Line Chef Russel Gomes comes to the rescue. Only 5 ingredients and 15 minutes are required to make its signature Melting Chocolate Cake, so anyone can replicate the ooey-ness and gooey-ness from home.

Five Simple Ingredients
6oz Dark Chocolate
6oz Butter
4 Eggs
3oz Sugar
2oz Flour

Five Easy Steps
Melt the chocolate and butter
Mix eggs and sugar and whisk for a few minutes, then add flour
Add the egg mix to the melted chocolate and mix
Pour the mix in a greased mold
Bake directly in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes
