Havila Voyages leads NABU sustainability ranking
The German environmental organisation NABU has placed Havila Voyages at the top of its cruise ranking for 2026, based on the company’s efforts to implement holistic sustainable solutions and reduce carbon and pollutant emissions along the Norwegian coast.
“We are honoured to be ranked first again this year and to see that our efforts are being recognised. Just last November, we demonstrated that climate-neutral voyages on the coastal route are already possible today,” explains Bent Martini, CEO of Havila Voyages.
Historic voyage on biogas
In 2025, the company further reduced CO₂ emissions and exceeded regulatory requirements by a wide margin.
