*Regular integrity and compliance training for both permanent and seasonal operational teams, including modules on antibribery and corruption, fair competition, and responsible business conduct.
*Offering more sustainable tour alternatives, supporting local businesses, and “offthebeatenpath” routes to support better crowd distribution and reduce environmental impact.
*Sustainability online training modules for teams, and sharing practical sustainability guidance with teams during operational planning and cruise calls.
