New Disney Adventure cruise ship stops in Florida ahead of launch
Disney Cruise Line marked a milestone in its multi-year expansion on Jan. 15 as its highly anticipated new ship, the Disney Adventure, arrived to Port Canaveral, Florida following a nearly two-week transatlantic crossing from the shipyard in Germany.
After postponing the ship’s launch from late 2025 to March 2026, Disney Cruise Line is nearly ready to bring the magic of Disney cruises to new audiences in a big way with its biggest ship yet and first to homeport in Asia.
The ship’s visit to Port Canaveral marks the completion of the first leg of a nearly two-month journey to the ship’s homeport of Singapore.
