An Australian-flagged expedition cruise ship that grounded on a coral reef off Papua New Guinea was successfully refloated last week.
Now two maritime safety authorities have launched separate investigations into the incident involving Coral Expeditions’ 5,500-gt Coral Adventurer (built 2019).
