Former Azamara President Carol Cabezas Named SVP, Global Sales for Silversea Cruises
Silversea Cruises has named Carol Cabezas as senior vice president of global sales, the cruise lines’ president Bert Hernandez announced in an email to employees.
Effective Oct. 14, 2025, Cabezas will oversee Silversea’s sales organization, including trade and consumer sales, call centers, and e-commerce. She will report directly to Hernandez.
Cabezas brings more than 25 years of cruise experience to the role, including serving as president of Azamara and overseeing its sale from Royal Caribbean Group.
