Summer cruise and visitor season ends in Anchorage with last cruise ship call
The cruise and visitation season in Alaska comes to an end with the final cruise ship call to Anchorage of the season.
The Holland America Line’s ‘Noordam’ carries nearly 2,000 passengers, stopping in Anchorage to explore the city.
Mayor LaFrance welcomed the ship from The Don Young Port of Alaska on Thursday.
“After the final cruise ship port of calls to Seward and Whittier next month, a total of about 455,000 passengers will have visited Anchorage in 2025,” Mayor LaFrance said.
