Royal Caribbean Celebrates The Women Of Royal Beach Club Paradise Island (Image at LateCruiseNews.com - March 2025)Royal Caribbean marked International Women’s Day by celebrating the women bringing to life the Royal Beach Club Paradise Island.

From environmental monitoring to recruitment and construction, the women pictured are responsible for key elements of the development and operation of the 17-acre ultimate beach experience.

The first of the Royal Beach Club Collection continues to take shape in the coming months ahead of its opening in December 2025, and at the heart of the experience will be the island nation of The Bahamas.

From the idyllic location to the Bahamian food, culture, and staff, and a unique public-private partnership with The Bahamas, the all-new beach club combines the beauty and spirit of The Bahamas with signature Royal Caribbean touches across the experience, service and design.
