Marella Cruises chooses La Romana, Dominican Republic, as home port
Minister of Tourism David Collado announced that Marella Cruises has selected the Dominican Republic as its home port in La Romana, with weekly visits planned during the winter season.
This decision will result in the arrival of four flights from England each time the Explorer 2 docks in Dominican ports.
The agreement was reached during the Dominican Republic’s participation in the Seatrade Cruise Global 2024, which Minister Collado described as highly successful.
