Twenty years ago, cruise was a novelty in Seattle. Today it makes up a half billion dollar industry. The inaugural cruise season brought 6,615 passengers to town with six vessels calling in port. In 2018, 216 vessel calls and 1,100,600 estimated revenue passengers were projected at the Port of Seattle cruise terminals. (more…)

Norwegian Bliss Cruise Ship Tour – Norwegian Cruise Line
Norwegian Bliss, the newest cruise ship from Norwegian Cruise Line, was officially christened in Seattle on Wednesday. The ceremony capped a month-long tour around the United States that included previews in New York, Miami and Los Angeles, and made Norwegian Bliss the largest ship to ever be christened in Seattle, the cruise line said.
