“Norwegian Prima”, the first of six vessels from Norwegian Cruise Line’s (NCL) new Prima Class of ships was delivered at the shipyard in Marghera (Venice) today, at the presence of Harry Sommer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line, Frank Del Rio, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd, and Pierroberto Folgiero, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Fincantieri. Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio, Co-Chairman of the A&K Travel Group, Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group, and executives from shipbuilder Fincantieri welcomed the arrival of the recently acquired ‘Crystal Symphony’ and ‘Crystal Serenity’ to Trieste, Italy, where the ships are being refurbished. 

Fincantieri has signed with an international customer a contract for the construction of a new ultra-luxury cruiseship, to be delivered by the end of 2025. 
“Viking Saturn”, the newest ocean cruise ship which Fincantieri is building for the shipowner Viking, has been floated out today at the shipyard in Ancona at the presence of Torstein Hagen, Chairman of Viking, and Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO of Fincantieri.

MSC Cruises today celebrated the float out of its next flagship MSC Seascape at the Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy, a traditional event as the ship owner and the shipbuilder of a new vessel come together to witness a ship touch water for the first time. 

“Pacific Adventure”, the latest addition to the three-ship P&O Cruises Australia fleet, has emerged from dry dock showcasing the cruise line’s personality and identity including its sweeping Southern Cross bow livery and host of exciting onboard features.
The steel of the first of two LNG cruise ships for Princess Cruises took place in San Giorgio di Nogaro (Udine) at Centro Servizi Navali, a company specialized in logistics and production of sheet metal for the Fincantieri yards located in northeastern Italy.
