Vicksburg anticipates cruise lines’ waterfront developments

Two companies that offer Mississippi River cruises can start making improvements to the waterfront in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The city’s mayor and aldermen reached an agreement with a railway company Wednesday, clearing up questions about who owns some waterfront property, the Vicksburg Post reported. (modbee.com)

Idle river cruise ships to dock in Astoria amid virus restrictions

American Cruise Lines (logo)American Cruise Lines will dock three mostly empty river cruise ships in Astoria beginning Thursday to wait out coronavirus restrictions. The American Song will tie up at the 17th Street Dock, where American Cruise Lines has a lease with the city to manage berths. Last Minute Change Delays American Cruise Line’s Return to Cruising

American Cruise Lines Signs 20-Year Docking Agreement with Vicksburg, MS
