Variety Cruises Restarts Operations in Greece
Variety Cruises – We’re back sailing in Greece as of July 24
July 24, 2020 marked a historical date as Variety Cruises was the first cruise company worldwide to restart sailings in the Aegean Sea and the Cyclades, honoring our tradition as the pioneers of the Greek Seas since 1968.
The Galileo opened its sails from Marina Zeas, Athens with 31 passengers as maximum capacity and 18 crew members on board.
“The line has struck a balance between enhanced health protocols and providing the onboard experience cruisers love”, writes CruiseCritic.com, hosted on board our Inaugural cruise.
“Following a carefully crafted step-by-step safety & comfort protocol, we have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of our guests and crew alike, with our SOLAS Certified boats and highest standards of safety procedures, so that our guests can unplug and relax as they embark on our award winning Jewels of the Cyclades program”, the company says.
“We have announced more Jewels of the Cyclades sailings, with departures offered weekly through November 2020 on the 24-cabin M/S Galileo. So we welcome back your clients as we strive once again to offer our unparalleled experience of our Family at Sea on board our small boats”, Variety Cruises added.
“We are deeply grateful to have you as our valued partners and members of our extended family”.
