Margaritaville at Sea to introduce High Tide Market food hall across fleet
Margaritaville at Sea has announced the introduction of High Tide Market, a new food hall concept that will be rolled out across its fleet beginning in January 2026.
The venue will debut on Margaritaville at Sea Paradise before being introduced on the line’s newbuild Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber and later appearing in an updated format aboard Margaritaville at Sea Islander in 2027.
High Tide Market has been developed as a reworking of the traditional buffet model, with a greater emphasis on variety, flow, and individually themed food stations, forming part of a broader upgrade of dining options across the brand.
