Holland America Line to Introduce New Morimoto By Sea Menu Ahead of May 2027 Alaska Cruise
Holland America Line is rolling out a refreshed Morimoto by Sea menu across its fleet this fall, setting the table for Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s hosted Alaska sailing in 2027.
The updated menu from the line’s Global Fresh Fish Ambassador debuts first on Nieuw Amsterdam this month and is expected to reach all 11 ships by mid-November.
