Swan Hellenic Strengthens European Sales Team with the Appointment of Patricia Miller
Patricia Miller joins Swan Hellenic as Trade Sales Director for DACH, France and Spain, bringing more than 25 years of experience in luxury travel and cruise sales.
Swan Hellenic, the pioneer in cultural expedition cruising, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia Miller as Trade Sales Director for DACH, France and Spain, further strengthening its European commercial team as the company continues to expand its presence across key international markets.
Based in Zurich, Patricia Miller brings more than 25 years of international experience across the cruise, luxury travel and aviation sectors. In her new role as Trade Sales Director for DACH, France and Spain, she will drive trade sales, strengthen relationships with travel partners and support Swan Hellenic’s continued growth across these key markets.
Patricia joins Swan Hellenic from Kuoni Cruises, Switzerland’s leading cruise specialist, where she managed relationships with more than 30 cruise lines while overseeing product development, marketing initiatives and trade engagement across the Swiss market. Previously, she was Business Developer and Sales Director Switzerland for PONANT Yacht Cruises & Expeditions, successfully increasing brand awareness and sales through close collaboration with travel agencies and tour operators.
Her extensive cruise industry expertise also includes positions with MCCM Master Cruises, e-hoi Schweiz, Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, Azamara Club Cruises and Carnival Cruise Line, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both expedition and luxury cruising, as well as shore operations and customer experience.
Patricia is fluent in German, English, Spanish and French, making her ideally positioned to support Swan Hellenic’s trade partners throughout the DACH region, France and Spain.
