Carnival unveils details of first ship in upcoming Ace class
The first ship in Carnival Cruise Line’s upcoming Ace class will be called the Carnival Destiny.
The cruise line revealed last week that more than 70% of the venues and attractions on the ship, launching in 2029, will be brand new to Carnival.
Carnival also said it will be the most “outward-facing” megaship in the world, with an unprecedented number of ocean-view balcony cabins and more than four and a half acres of glass, including glass walls spanning multiple decks.
The Destiny will also have a reimagined lanai deck, which is the lower outdoor wraparound deck.
