Cruise Planners Holds Arctic Expedition Cruise as Second Elite Summit of the Year for Top Producers
Cruise Planners, the nation’s largest home-based travel franchise network recently held its second Elite Summit in 2024 for top producing travel advisor franchisees aboard the luxurious Ponant Le Lyrial.
This exclusive event brought together about 100 of Cruise Planners’ highest-performing agents and 14 esteemed cruise and tour suppliers. Hosted by three of Cruise Planners executives, the group embarked on an unforgettable voyage through the breathtaking landscapes of the Arctic region.
The Elite Summit commenced with embarkation in Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen, where attendees were warmly welcomed by Captain Fabien Roché. In a heartfelt message, Captain Roché shared his lifelong passion for the sea and his extensive experience with Ponant, promising a unique and enriching journey for all participants.
The carefully curated itinerary included stops at some of the most picturesque and remote locations in the arctic region:
· Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen – Norway
· Hornsund – Norway
· Bellsund, Spitsbergen – Norway
· Raudfjorden, Spitsbergen – Norway
· Nordvest-Spitsbergen National Park – Norway
The expedition included daily zodiac tours searching for polar bears, walruses, seals, Arctic foxes and whales and landings to explore the natural tundra of the Arctic region. Attendees were also treated to a series of educational sessions, networking opportunities and supplier hosted dinners. The entire experience was not only a reward for being a top producing advisor for Cruise Planners but also to enhance their knowledge and expertise in expedition travel.
The summit also featured presentations from top suppliers, providing valuable insights into the latest trends and products in the travel industry.
