Cruise Baltic guides crew members to explore their destinations. The Crew Activity Guide is an annual publication from Cruise Baltic

Cruise Baltic (logo)The annual “Crew Activity Guide” from Cruise Baltic invites the cruise lines’ crews to explore the destinations in the Cruise Baltic network, where crew members can get discounts and free entrance at several activities.

When cruise lines are in the port, the cruise guests disembark the ship to explore the city – and so does the crew. With many months at sea, the crew has several opportunities to explore destinations included in the itinerary.

To help the crew members navigate the many possibilities, the Cruise Baltic network has distributed their Crew Activity Guide. The guide gives an overview of most of the Baltic destinations and the perks for crew members.

“We want to share the very best of our destinations with the crew. Our guide especially for them is our way to show appreciation to the crew members and their work. They are the beating heart of the cruise industry. Without them there would simply be no cruise industry,” says Claus Bødker, Director of Cruise Baltic.

The Activity Guide is an overview of experiences, transport, food and shopping possibilities at destinations in the Cruise Baltic network. With a crew ID, crew members can visit several attractions for free and get discounts in selected shops and restaurants.

“The crew plays a key role in the experience that the cruise line offers their guests. Ensuring their well-being is an important task, and with the Crew Activity Guide they get easy access to fun and memorable experiences during calls and can enjoy themselves when they are off duty,” says Hans Chen Braas, Manager Port Agency, Blue Water Shipping.
