UK-Based Cruising To Make A Come-Back
This is a letter The Cruise People Ltd of London have sent this week to all their UK clients: “I am writing to you today to share with you some great news regarding future travel and cruising.”
“Although the global Covid-19 Pandemic is not yet over, the UK’s successful vaccination programme will now make it possible to start planning our lives and holidays once more.
As you have booked with us before, I am particularly pleased to bring you news that, starting from Monday 17th May 2021 (the same day that British hotels are due to re-open) cruising from UK ports will be backed by the UK Government‘s Ministry of Transport. Taking cruises outside the UK will still be frowned upon, however. Companies like Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, Princess Cruises, Hurtigruten and Cunard Line are now designing and will soon be offering UK to UK sailings for UK residents, complete with all necessary protocols for passenger safety.
In the course of this process, we will be pleased to bring you some brand-new cruise and voyage offers to consider at your leisure. We have also added some fantastic and exciting new polar and expedition voyages to our already extensive travel menu for 2021, and many of our voyages also come with no single supplement.
We very much look forward to being able to serve you again, so please call or email to enquire about the latest availabilities and to discuss your next unforgettable and well-deserved holiday voyage. From ultra-luxury cruising, polar and expedition voyages, Transatlantic sailings to freighter travel we’ve got you covered and can’t wait to welcome you on board one of our great ships soon.”
