CMV unveils Amy Johnson’s Maiden Season
With her Maiden Voyage set for 14th April 2021, the splendid Amy Johnson will become the proud new flagship of the CMV fleet. This impressive mid-sized cruise ship carries about 1400 passengers and will cruise year-round, alongside Columbus, from London Tilbury.
Combining beautiful, contemporary decor with a more traditional cruise style, Amy Johnson is a mid-size cruise ship by comparison with the new mega-ships carrying up to 6000 passengers and will be a wonderful new addition to the CMV fleet.
Amy Johnson is a beautifully stylish, comfortable and expansive cruise ship. She offers a real feeling of spaciousness and yet still retains that sense of intimacy and camaraderie so loved by CMV guests. She underwent refits in 2010 and 2014 and will be upgraded further in March 2021 before the start of her maiden CMV season.
Following a maiden voyage from Singapore to London in April, the ship will make a series of cruises from London Tilbury to Iceland, Greenland and Norway, plus a 35 night cruise to Canada.
After that the ship will head to the Black Sea for another month long cruise, followed by another cruise of about the same duration to the Caribbean.
