Cruise Planners Holds Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony to Unveil New Coral Springs Headquarters

Cruise Planners Ribbon Cutting – Home Office in Coral Springs

Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative, hosted its official ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new corporate headquarters yesterday (Feb.12), which boasts a modern, sleek and Google-inspired design with semi-open collaboration spaces.

The new office helps accommodate the company’s rapid growth to support its nationwide network of home-based travel advisors.

Pops of “CP green” and positive messaging appear throughout the office, which was designed to offer a variety of work spaces – from standing desks to huddle rooms and even collapsible doors that turn an executive board room into a large event room.

Cruise Planners is easily recognized for its signature green and has recently embraced a new type of green: the company has committed to reducing waste through the eco-friendly office, which has refillable water stations and motion-sensor lights, as well as a variety of other green initiatives.

There are cleverly-named rooms such as the “Think Tank” – a classroom-style room where preferred partners share the latest information with business development coaches – accompanied with an underwater theme complete with portholes, a nod to the brand’s cruise foundation. The space also inspires creativity with an arcade and ping pong tables to allow for its Home Office Team to not only work hard, but also play hard.

“A move like this was important and impactful for Cruise Planners, for both now and our future growth,” said Michelle Fee, CEO and founder of Cruise Planners. “Our new home provides our team members with comfortable workspaces and an innovative environment to connect and collaborate, as well as room for expansion to more effectively support our growing nationwide travel agent network.”

At the event, the nation’s largest home-based travel franchise welcomed hundreds of travel industry leaders from brands such as Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Viking Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Virgin Voyages, MSC Cruises, Sandals and more to celebrate and toast to the new space. Cruise Planners will have a similar invite-only Open House for its network of travel advisors next month.

Representatives from Coral Springs, Broward County and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau also participated in the event as Cruise Planners has been based in Coral Springs since the company was founded and has made a significant impact on the community and local economy. For example, Cruise Planners has brought in millions of cruise passengers to the area’s Port Everglades, as well as sending travelers all over the world on vacation. As such, the Broward County Commission Proclaimed “Cruise Planners Day” earlier this year on January 29 to celebrate the company’s 25th anniversary.
