Cruise & Maritime Voyages’ Astor pays tribute to ANZACS with dawn memorial service

Cruise & Maritime Voyages provided the opportunity for passengers on board the Astor in Australia on the World War 1 Memorial Themed Cruise to honour the ANZAC legends with a dawn memorial service.

CMV’s Astor sailed into King George Sound, Albany on Tuesday 23 January in time for guests to witness a special dawn service from a unique vantage point off Middleton Beach.

CMV’s Astor made an extended visit to Albany during a 4-night WW1 Memorial Themed cruise which departed from Fremantle, Perth on 21st January. Passengers honoured the legend for the first time ever with a dawn memorial service on board the Astor off Middleton Beach.
