UK: First ever Yorkshire Cruise Show a success!
Yorkshire’s first dedicated cruise show welcomed over 500 people to Ilkley’s Winter Garden last week. Visitors to the Yorkshire Cruise Show were able to meet representatives from leading cruise lines and find out about over 40 different cruise lines.
The free event was organised by the Yorkshire Cruise Club, part of the award-winning Blue Water Holidays, based in Skipton. Cruise lines including Riviera Travel, Hurtigruten, Royal Caribbean and Viking Cruises gave fascinating presentations showcasing their cruising holidays. There were exclusive special offers on the day, and the highlight of the show was the free prize draw with fantastic prizes including a river cruise for two, adventure camera, chocolate hamper, case of wine and much more.
