Australia welcomes first of 41 cruise ships this summer

Australia is gearing up for another huge summer of cruising. Known as ‘wave season’, the seven-month period begins with the arrival of the first international ship at the end of September and finishes when the last ship departs Sydney in late April to head back to the Northern Hemisphere.
