Carnival Cruise Lines awards the Tour Operation Department of La Romana Cruise Port, Dominican Republic
Last February 24th onboard the Carnival Conquest, Captain Claudio Cupisti gave the Tour Operation’s Department of Central Romana the “Caribbean’s Leading Tour Operator” award.
“In Recognition of your Dedication and Exceptional Performance. Please accept this letter of commendation and plaque to commemorate this accomplishment” Capt. Cupisti said.
The port management team received the award on behalf Port Director Luis E. Rodriguez, expressing that “we are especially proud as Carnival Cruise Lines is a symbolic line for our destination, since their year-round operation has highly contributed to the development of not only the port but La Romana town as well with an important, direct economic impact in the community”, Commercial Director Andres Fernandez said.
