Genting Announces Sale and Leaseback Deal for Crystal Endeavor

Genting Hong Kong has announced a sale and leaseback deal for the new Crystal Endeavor for a total price of 350 million euro. The interest rate was reported at 7 percent. Genting will sell the ship to SNC Endeavor Leasing, which is wholly-owned by Cafi Hester and Doumer Finance, both part of Crédit Agricole. (cruiseindustrynews.com)

Genting Hong Kong Sells Stake in Dream Cruises

Start Of Production In New Shipbuilding Hall Complex at MV Werften

One of the most advanced welding plants in Europe was put into operation at the MV WERFTEN yard in Rostock today (Nov.28). Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania’s Economics Minister Harry Glawe, representatives of Genting Hong Kong, MV WERFTEN, the automation provider Pemamek as well as other project partners were present in the new Hall 11 when the plant produced its first weld seam.
