Costa Cruises Unveils Solar Eclipse Cruise Departing August 2026
Costa Cruises is offering guests a rare chance to witness a total solar eclipse from the sea with a special itinerary centered around the natural phenomenon.
Guests aboard Costa Pacifica will sail directly into the path of totality in the Balearic Sea on Aug. 12, 2026, for a front-row view as the moon passes between the sun and the Earth.
Costa is offering two departures for the eight-day solar eclipse cruise, including from Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy, on Aug. 8, and from Savona, Italy, on Aug. 9.
