Riverside Luxury Cruises Strengthens Sales Team Amid Strong Booking Growth with Two New Hires

Riverside Luxury Cruises (Logo)Riverside Luxury Cruises, Europe’s newest and most luxurious river cruise line, today announced the appointment of two new hires to the North America sales and marketing team: Evi Nikolaidou, Director of Sales, MICE and LATAM and David Semerad, Inside Sales Executive.

“Strengthening our sales team with top-tier talent like Evi and David ensures we are well positioned to meet that demand and continue delivering the highest level of service to our guests and partners.”

Evi Nikolaidou brings more than 25 years of experience in the luxury cruise industry, with deep expertise in incentive and charter sales, account management, and business development. She has held senior roles at Silversea, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, and most recently Crystal, where she served as Senior Corporate & Incentive Sales Manager overseeing sales and operations in the Eastern U.S. and Canada.

With both shipboard and corporate experience, she brings a comprehensive understanding of cruise operations and client development. In her new role, Evi will lead Riverside Luxury Cruises’ Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) business and oversee sales development across Latin America, driving strategic partnerships, group growth, and new market opportunities. David Semerad also brings more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry. He joins Riverside from Collette, where he served as Business Development Manager and Sales Training Manager. He also previously worked as an Account Executive at vacation rental platform Vacasa. David takes a proactive and collaborative approach to sales, focusing on building relationships and sharing his travel expertise with both clients and colleagues.

In his new role, David will be responsible for responding to prospective guest inquiries, qualifying and nurturing leads, and supporting the booking process to ensure a seamless experience for travelers and trade partners.
