Windstar Cruises and Approach Guides Introduce Co-Branded Marketing Tools to Drive Sales Across Expanding Fleet
With two new Star Class yachts joining its fleet — Star Seeker in December 2025 and Star Explorer arriving in late 2026 — Windstar Cruises is giving travel advisors the tools to capitalize on expanded inventory.
The cruise line, through its parent company Xanterra Travel Collection, has partnered with Approach Guides to offer travel advisors instant access to co-branded marketing pages.
These pages are customized with the advisor’s name and contact information, providing a personalized version of windstarcruises.com. This enables advisors to present new Windstar ships to clients efficiently, without the need for marketing setup, logins, or technical expertise.
Travel advisors have increasingly found success using digital media tools, including social media and CRM platforms, to generate new leads and spark conversations with clients. This collaboration creates a seamless next step, allowing advisors to confidently direct those leads to Windstar’s new website, where each page can be branded with the advisor’s own contact details, without the burden of managing or updating content themselves. Windstar handles the updates, ensuring advisors always present current and accurate information.
Each travel advisor’s co-branded Windstar website is live and continuously updated, with daily refreshes to pricing, offers, and the latest ships, products, and features, allowing advisors to share real-time information with clients while eliminating the time normally spent maintaining content.
“We’re adding two ships to our fleet in quick succession, and that means our advisors have meaningful new vacation options to sell to their clients,” said Janet Bava, chief commercial officer, Windstar Cruises. “Approach Guides allows advisors to save time on marketing so they can focus on what they do best: building trusted relationships with their customers.”
What travel advisors can do with Approach Guides
With one click, and no login required, travel advisors can:
◉ Co-brand and share professionally designed marketing pages spotlighting Windstar destinations, ships, itineraries, and offers, including the two newest Star Class ships. These pages can be customized with the advisors’ own name and contact information.
◉ Communicate Windstar’s small-ship advantage — closer-to-shore access, immersive ports, a more personal onboard experience — using on-brand, conversion-focused messaging.
◉ Direct clients from social media, email, or CRM campaigns to personalized, co-branded windstarcruises.com with real-time pricing and availability with leads captured directly back to the advisor.
“Windstar is in a rare position; they’re growing their fleet while maintaining the intimate, small-ship experience that makes advisors passionate about selling them,” said Jennifer Raezer, co-founder and CMO, Approach Guides.
“We built the platform to convert that enthusiasm into booked business. Pairing co-branded content with a personalized website gives advisors everything they need to present Windstar confidently, from first inspiration through to booking.”
Windstar’s newest Star Class yacht, Star Seeker, joined the fleet in December 2025, with sister ship Star Explorer set to debut in December 2026.
Together, the yachts expand Windstar’s small-ship capacity and bring more opportunities for advisors to match clients with the right itinerary, whether that means sailing closer to shore in the Mediterranean, exploring island-rich Caribbean routes, or discovering bucket-list regions such as Japan and the South Pacific.
To help drive near-term bookings, Windstar is also spotlighting a limited-time offer for a complimentary All-In package (wi-Fi, gratuities, and select beer, cocktails and wine) across select sailings, giving advisors timely value to share alongside the line’s expanded fleet.
The offer is available on voyages sailing through June 30, 2027. With itineraries spanning more than 330 ports worldwide—including Europe, the Caribbean, Costa Rica and the Panama Canal, Alaska, Canada and New England, Japan, the South Pacific, and Asia—Windstar continues to deliver destination-rich small-ship voyages, with year-round operations in the Mediterranean and Tahiti.
