Michael Eder will join MarineXchange as CEO
MXP, the leading software partner for the global cruise industry, has appointed Michael Eder as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026.
Michael Eder brings over two decades of experience in IT/OT automation, software development, and digital transformation.
After nearly ten years with McKinsey & Company, he held senior leadership roles at voestalpine – a globally leading steel and technology group – most recently serving as Managing Director of voestalpine High Performance Metals DIGITAL SOLUTIONS and Global Chief Digital Officer of the High Performance Metals Division. There, he built a successful software-driven business and led global transformation initiatives in AI, IoT, robotics, data science and software development.
