Since 2003, Antarctica21 has combined flights to Antarctica with boutique small-ship expedition cruising, an air-cruise model that maximizes travelers’ time exploring the Seventh Continent.
An Expedition to Planet Earth follows the full journey south, inviting viewers to discover Antarctica21’s air-cruise experience beginning in Punta Arenas, the Chilean gateway to Antarctica.
Across six episodes, viewers witness what it’s like to fly to Antarctica, experience life on board and expedition days in the field, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the intricate coordination that makes each outdoor excursion possible.
