Delaware County Gains Major Travel Option with Tinicum Cruise Terminal
The PhilaPort Cruise Terminal, currently under construction in Tinicum, is set to offer Delaware County families a convenient new travel option close to home, writes Teri West for Travel Weekly.
Norwegian Cruise Line will begin operating from the new terminal next to Philadelphia’s airport when it opens in April, with the Norwegian Jewel arriving as the first cruise ship at the port in 15 years.
The line will homeport in Philadelphia through March 2033 and offer 41 sailings annually.
