The Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University (FIU) today (Nov. 6, 2025) announced the appointment of luxury cruise veteran and highly-respected travel executive, Larry Pimentel, as the school’s first Distinguished Executive-in-Residence for Cruise.
