All cruises aboard the comfortable expedition ship Sea Spirit are operated with about 100 guests, providing for an intimate experience without crowds or splitting passengers into groups for landings.

With comfortable, all-suite accommodations ranging from 20 to 40 square meters (215 to 463 square feet), the ship also offers two multi-purpose lecture lounges, a restaurant accommodating all passengers in one seating, a well-stocked polar library and a spacious outdoor deck.

Activities both on and off the ship are directed by a team of engaging, bilingual polar guides, naturalists and educators, all of whom love sharing their expertise about the polar world. Guests are offered many opportunities to venture from the ship. Shore landings provide the chance to explore and to partake in guide-led interpretive walks and photography workshops.

Optional sea kayaking can be booked in both polar regions, extending passengers’ reach into their icy ecosystems. Overnight camping can be booked upon request to get a more immersive experience on the Antarctic Peninsula. The ship’s expedition staff-to-passenger ratio of 1:9 is one of the most generous in the business.
