Windstar will replace Cuadro 44 restaurant with Basil + Bamboo
Windstar Cruises ships are getting a new Mediterranean-Asian fusion restaurant across its fleet, starting with the Star Breeze in February.
Basil + Bamboo will be a complimentary specialty restaurant, taking the place of Spanish restaurant Cuadro 44 across the line’s fleet this year, including on its newest ship, the Star Seeker, which is slated to debut in December.
Windstar said the small venue will offer an intimate dining experience with limited seating.
