Poseidon Expeditions Launches Second Phase Of 25th Anniversary Specials in Collaboration With Swarovski Optik
Poseidon Expeditions, which specializes in small-ship expedition cruises in remote polar regions, has officially launched the second phase of anniversary specials with savings of up to 15% off selected cruises to the Arctic and Antarctic for the 2024-25 season.
In connection with the 75th anniversary of their partner, Swarovski Optik—the world´s leading producer of long-range optical instruments of the highest precision in the premium segment—the first 50 guests booking an anniversary special cruise receive Swarovski Optik CL Companion 10×30 binoculars with a retail value of EUR 1,430 / US $1,550. These premium binoculars provide 10x magnification and offer an ergonomic and lightweight design.
The anniversary deals are applicable to select polar cruises for reservations made by Sept. 30, 2024:
Antarctica 2024-25: For the 2024-25 Antarctic season, Poseidon offers savings of 15% from regular rates on four unique cruises ranging from 12 to 21 days that are operated in November, December and January of this upcoming Antarctic season.
A complimentary gear rental package consisting of waterproof pants, mittens, backpack and hiking sticks for all guests who book during the anniversary special is also provided.
Arctic 2025: For the 2025 Arctic season, Poseidon offers savings of 10%-15% from regular rates (depending on cabin category) on five popular cruises ranging from 10 to 14 days that are offered from mid-May through early July 2024.
Poseidon guests exploring the Arctic and Antarctica will journey aboard the nimble, well-equipped expedition ship Sea Spirit that is designed for just 100 or so guests. The limited number provides for extended time ashore and a sense of camaraderie not easily found aboard larger ships. Activities and informative presentations are led by a team of professional, experienced and bilingual polar guides, naturalists and historians. Regular shore landings provide the opportunity to explore and partake in guided walks and workshops. Optional sea kayaking is offered on select cruises, as well as overnight camping in Antarctica.
