Presented in partnership with a21 and EBG Solutions, the all-inclusive culinary cruise sails May 5-9, 2025 from Miami, FL to Cozumel, Mexico aboard Norwegian Gem.

Pre-sales for Chefs Making Waves Alumni will be available June 13-17; First Round Pre-sale Signups are available now through Sunday, June 16 at 11:59 pm (ET).

Final Round Pre-sale Signups will conclude Wednesday, June 19 at 11:59 pm (ET). Public On-Sales begin Friday, June 21 at 2:00 pm (ET), exclusively at chefsmakingwaves.com. All guests can book for just $100 down per person when they enroll in Automatic Monthly Billing before Monday, September 9.

A once-in-a-lifetime expedition for all those with an insatiable appetite for gastronomic indulgence and epicurean adventure, Chefs Making Waves will boast many of the world’s best chefs and mixologists to provide guests with a truly unique food experience.

The culinary celebration will include cooking demonstrations, buffet spotlights, curated dining, and restaurant takeovers all led by award-winning chefs, TV personalities, cookbook authors, food activists, and restaurateurs, including RICHARD BLAIS, MANEET CHAUHAN, TOM COLICCHIO, SCOTT CONANT, ROBERT IRVINE, ANTONIA LOFASO, JONATHAN WAXMAN, GEOFFREY ZAKARIAN, and CLAUDETTE ZEPEDA, with additional talent to be announced soon. Chefs Making Waves will further present passengers with a spectacular array of opportunities to sharpen their cooking skills and indulge their palates with an immersive menu of experiences spanning theme nights, mixology experiences, autograph opportunities, and so much more.

The lush and luxurious Norwegian Gem will of course pull out all the stops for Chefs Making Waves, with fully stocked bars on (almost) every corner, tasty dining experiences, the Pool Deck (with multiple hot tubs), the Gem Club Casino, Mandara Spa, Body Waves Fitness Center, Sports Court, and so much more.

Beyond the onboard experience, Chefs Making Waves guests will have the chance to enjoy an unforgettable shore excursion in Cozumel, Mexico, renowned for fantastic fishing, snorkeling, and diving opportunities and exploring historic Mayan ruins. Please note: Shore excursions will not be available until 4-6 weeks prior to sailing. Cruisers will be able to book an excursion upon receipt of their official booking number.
