China’s largest cruise ship starts maiden voyage from Qingdao
A cruise ship named Mediterranea, operated by Adora Cruises, began its maiden voyage from Qingdao, east China’s Shandong Province on Sunday.
The ship started to serve the Chinese market on Sept. 30 this year. It is 292 meters long and has a gross tonnage of 86,000 metric tons. It is the largest cruise ship currently in operation in China.
The ship Mediterranea is full of rich Mediterranean customs and cultural elements.
