Maraschi, Cruise Gate Hamburg, takes part in Green Destinations 2023 in Tallinn
Simone Maraschi, managing director Cruise Gate Hamburg, was invited to participate in a discussion on the topic of sustainable maritime tourism in the Baltic, as part of the “Green Destinations 2023 Estonia” global conference held in Tallinn in October.
He commented: “Developing sustainable growth strategies has become a necessity for any destination. The energy transition presents many challenges but also opportunities. In this context, what tools are available to ports and destinations for a sustainable approach to cruise tourism were discussed.”
