“Everyone’s view counts” as CLIA UK asks for trade sustainability feedback via agent survey

Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is sending a questionnaire to almost 10,000 member agents across the UK, to seek their views on sustainability and responsible travel.

The results will be used to help shape future trade-friendly resources and training materials about cruise line leadership in environmental technologies and practices.

Andy Harmer, Managing Director, CLIA UK & Ireland, said: “Sustainability is an absolute priority for the industry. We are committed to helping agents to develop their all-round knowledge of everything we are doing, to support our vision for net zero carbon cruising by 2050.

“We would encourage member agents to fill in this survey as it will shape our future plans, as well as better support them to assist customers and colleagues. The more we can work in partnership alongside each other the better equipped we will be to meet our climate ambitions. Everyone’s view counts.”
